Improve your Lactate Threshold with this Treadmill Run! (Burn 500+ calories in less than 1 hour)

This is a really good treadmill training run I learned from a good friend/coach of mine.. It’s a heart rate zone workout…. (Everyone has individual heart rate zones depending on your level of fitness.) This run will leave you feeling very accomplished. It will also have you wondering how fast you can get to the final set and done after the first one! I burned 558 calories doing this treadmill workout in 55 minutes!

Run easy 10 minutes Heart Rate Zone 1-2. Begin to Run & after each 1 minute increase speed by .2. Stop when you are running fast and hit zone 5 Rest 10 minutes Zone 1-2. Repeat. Cool down 10 minutes Zone 1-2
